Digital Marketer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

The Digital Marketer will drive insight‑driven digital and omnichannel execution for the UK market, ensuring seamless customer experiences that align with brand strategy. This 12‑month fixed‑term position works closely with Strategic Marketing, Brand, Data & Analytics and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital campaigns aligned with brand priorities to boost customer engagement.
• Design, map and optimise customer journeys across CRM, web, paid media and virtual events.
• Manage performance, quality and optimisation of digital channels using analytics and A/B testing.
• Localise and deploy digital assets for the UK market, maintaining consistency and compliance.
• Lead relationships with agencies and vendors, overseeing delivery against SLAs and quality standards.
• Own and optimise the allocated digital marketing budget, forecasting spend and ROI.

Required profile

• Experience delivering digital or omnichannel marketing in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys and marketing technology.
• Proven ability to use analytics and experimentation to improve performance.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on quality, accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
