Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Plugin Boutique, the leading online marketplace for music software, is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive its email marketing and social media presence. Based in Brighton (or Farringdon) and working hybrid, you will join a collaborative team focused on growing a global community of music producers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, assemble, schedule and send regular email newsletters and promotional campaigns across brand lists.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging organic social content, including posts, videos and graphics.
• Monitor social channels and email responses to nurture an active community.
• Produce creative briefs for designers and external agencies for social and email assets.
• Support email automation workflows, behavior‑triggered messages and emerging direct channels.
• Assist with audience segmentation, RFM analysis and personalization initiatives to improve retention.

Required profile

• Motivated and data‑driven with a passion for music and digital marketing.
• Strong written communication skills for copywriting and community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK and able to commute to the Brighton or Farringdon office three days a week.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and basic data analysis.
