Digital Marketing & CRM Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a digitally‑savvy marketer to join a well‑known hospitality brand that is embarking on a period of rapid growth and transformation. Working closely with the Head of Digital, you will help shape the brand’s customer engagement strategy across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across key channels.
• Build and launch CRM campaigns using email and SMS.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives.
• Manage and optimise customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
• Oversee customer communications and feedback processes.
• Analyse campaign performance and extract customer insights to guide future activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing or customer engagement.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in customer behaviour, loyalty and brand growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop.
