Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Volcano Coffee Works is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its Digital & Ecommerce team in Brixton, London. Reporting to the Head of E‑comm & Digital Marketing, you will help execute the roadmap across email, website, SEO, affiliate and partnership channels, ensuring the brand’s digital presence drives ecommerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the email marketing channel in Klaviyo – create weekly campaigns, segment the database, build automated flows and report performance.
• Support the paid‑media agency by providing creative assets, ad copy and approving Meta and Google ads.
• Analyse digital performance using Klaviyo, Google Analytics and third‑party SEO tools.
• Manage the Shopify store – create landing pages, upload products, adjust banners, set discount codes and optimise conversion pathways.
• Implement SEO/AEO best practices to boost organic visibility across search engines and large language models.
• Source influencers and manage affiliate relationships to expand organic reach.
• Assist with video content planning aligned to paid‑media strategy.
• Collaborate with the in‑house graphic designer to produce assets for ads, emails and the website.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years in a digital marketing role, preferably within an ecommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of brand awareness, customer journey and conversion optimisation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile team.
