Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will join a fast‑growing online retail business in Manchester, supporting customer acquisition across paid social, creators, affiliates and paid search. Working closely with senior marketing leaders and external partners, you will help scale campaigns that drive profitable online growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor budgets, CPA, ROAS and overall channel performance.
• Test creative assets, audience segments and campaign structures to improve results.
• Source, brief and manage creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Support influencer, affiliate and ambassador partnerships.
• Collaborate with external agencies on paid search and shopping activities.
• Produce regular performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Work with ecommerce and marketing teams around product launches and key trading periods.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital channels and acquisition trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Digital Marketing, Paid Social or Performance Marketing role, preferably within ecommerce or online retail.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on data‑driven results.
• Hands‑on attitude, comfortable testing ideas and iterating quickly.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.
