Digital Marketing Manager – Hybrid (Manchester or Liverpool)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the day‑to‑day digital marketing function for a nationally recognised professional services firm. This hands‑on position offers real ownership of email automation, evergreen content strategy and the overall digital presence, working in a hybrid model (2‑3 days in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvements in automated email campaigns and shape evergreen content strategy.
• Manage a Social Media Executive and collaborate with the Business Partnering team on customer acquisition.
• Work closely with content, web and wider marketing colleagues to optimise digital channels.
• Monitor and report on email and social performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, turning data into actionable improvements.
• Produce engaging video and audio content alongside a multimedia designer.
• Ensure all digital output complies with GDPR, accessibility standards and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑channel digital marketing experience covering SEO, social, email and content.
• Strong working knowledge of Vuture and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to collaborate with content and web teams to create SEO‑informed evergreen content.
• Experience supporting business partnering functions and developing customer acquisition strategies.
