Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Buzzacott is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to shape and execute its digital strategy. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to boost the firm’s online presence, generate leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with firm‑wide and team‑specific plans.
• Lead digital best‑practice, advising partners, team leaders and the marketing team.
• Manage the London and Hong Kong websites and associated brands within the CMS, ensuring accurate, high‑performing content.
• Collaborate with an external agency to deliver website fixes, improvements and new developments.
• Conduct conversion optimisation using heatmaps, A/B testing and user‑journey analysis.
• Refine website content to meet high‑intent search requirements.
• Own SEO and AI‑driven search strategy, monitoring algorithm changes and emerging technologies such as Search Generative Experience (SGE).
• Stay up‑to‑date with privacy trends, including cookieless tracking, and champion first‑mover initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a professional services or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, business development, ESG, events and other functions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of digital trends.
