Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Crystal Ball Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its digital marketing strategy. You will work from our Manchester office, collaborating with sales, product, and external partners to boost brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate high‑quality leads for the UK’s leading fleet technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a multi‑channel digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage website content, SEO performance and user experience to increase traffic and conversions.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, case studies, email newsletters and social posts.
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign results using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM and marketing dashboards.
• Control paid‑media budgets and maximise ROI.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Identify emerging digital trends and recommend new tools or tactics.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities support revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, suppliers and media partners as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven ability to deliver data‑driven campaigns that achieve measurable results.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
