- Oversee technical SEO and search performance with specialist partners, while Marketing Managers retain content ownership.
- Ensure accurate measurement and reporting through tracking, tagging, attribution, GA4 and dashboards, monitoring cost per qualified lead and enquiry quality.
- Maintain reliable digital systems and integrations, connecting websites, CRM, forms and marketing platforms to support the customer journey.
- Provide CRM technical support, overseeing architecture, integrations, data quality and reporting while Marketing Managers own email strategy and communications.
- Guarantee compliance of digital measurement and data collection with privacy, consent and regulatory requirements.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, setting clear briefs, reviewing recommendations and performance, and aligning activities across media, web and SEO partners.
Required profile
- At least five years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or digital experience roles with responsibility for performance and commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing external agencies, suppliers or client relationships in a collaborative and commercially aware manner.
- Ability to translate digital performance data and specialist recommendations into clear decisions for non‑digital colleagues.

- Strong paid‑media knowledge and platform expertise for assessing plans, performance and optimisation.
- Website optimisation, UX, conversion and SEO expertise, including briefing and managing development partners.
- Analytics and measurement proficiency with GA4, tracking, tagging, attribution and dashboard creation.
- CRM and marketing‑technology expertise, focusing on integrations, data flows, segmentation and reporting.
