Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

MyFirst, a fast-growing UK car insurance brand for young drivers, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its founding marketing team. It is a hands-on role focused on execution, optimisation and ownership of the customer journey, from marketing campaign through to a completed sale. The office is on a rural farm location, so a car driver is needed to reach the HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Paid media ownership: run and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other emerging channels
• SEO and AI search: build organic visibility and prepare for AI-driven search
• Click-through and conversion optimisation: improve CTRs, landing page performance and funnel conversion rates
• Full-funnel ownership: manage the journey end to end with accurate tracking and attribution
• Hands-on execution: set up, manage and optimise campaigns yourself
• Data-driven growth: analyse performance, test new ideas and scale what works
• Future team growth: as the company expands, build and lead your own performance marketing team

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in multi-channel performance marketing
• Background in CRO and improving ROI across funnels
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• A self-starter who thrives on execution
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and eager to grow with a high-growth startup

Required skills

• Google and YouTube Ads (essential)
• Microsoft Advertising (essential)
• Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok (preferred)
• SEO fundamentals and enthusiasm for AI search evolution
