Digital Media Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Media Specialist at Heineken UK, you will lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of digital media campaigns for some of the company’s flagship brands. The role centres on programmatic and paid social channels, delivering data‑driven results that align with clear business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise digital media campaigns across programmatic and social platforms.
• Own campaigns end‑to‑end, from insight‑led planning through activation, optimisation and reporting.
• Apply audience‑targeting strategies using first‑ and second‑party data.
• Monitor performance, share learnings and drive continuous testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative, high‑impact campaigns.
• Support large‑scale national activations and ROAS‑focused performance activity.
• Manage operational and financial processes linked to digital activations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social and programmatic media buying and activation.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale campaigns and work with dynamic creative partners.
• Data‑driven, commercially minded and comfortable presenting insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Programmatic media buying (e.g., DV360).
• Social advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snap).
• Audience targeting using first‑ and second‑party data.
• Performance analysis and reporting.
