Digital Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead our e‑commerce initiatives for Mamas & Papas. You will act as the bridge between internal digital teams, IT, external developers and CRO agencies to deliver seamless online buying experiences for new and expectant parents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the digital user experience and journey across the Mamas & Papas website.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT, external development partners and CRO agencies to deliver projects on time.
• Use data‑driven insights (Google Analytics, GA4) to optimise conversion rates and overall performance.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the rollout of new features and ongoing maintenance (BAU) of the e‑commerce platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, Ecommerce Project Manager or CRO Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, profit‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Google Analytics / GA4
• E‑commerce platforms (experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar)
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) methodologies
• Project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
