Digital Retail & E-Commerce Intern

About the role

You will act as a key point of contact, partnering closely with the Client Services team in Brussels and collaborating with local Client Development, Retail, and Supply Chain teams. You will also interact frequently with the Digital teams in Paris and support the day‑to‑day trading of the Louis Vuitton UK website alongside the Digital Retail & E-Commerce Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate store page updates and general maintenance, including opening hours, store offers, and special mentions.
• Keep the website homepage up‑to‑date with new launches and local product pushes.
• Set up and send email marketing campaigns, contributing to targeting and segmentation strategy.
• Localise copy for articles and editorial content using Digital Asset Management software.
• Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade reviews, analysis, and future trade planning.
• Support local digital activities and initiatives as required.
• Collaborate with Client Service in Brussels on CRM gifting initiatives.
• Support testing and development roadmap, conduct UAT tests, and work with the Digital Retail & E‑Commerce Coordinator.
• Provide first‑line support to the Digital Retail & E‑Commerce team and stores.
• Complete various administrative tasks daily, ensuring high standards.
