Performance Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Officer who understands that effective marketing goes beyond clicks, focusing on post‑click outcomes. You will manage paid digital channels, launch, test, analyse, and optimise campaigns using data, creative experimentation, and AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Track metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and revenue.
• Analyse campaign and audience data to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Run creative, audience, messaging and landing‑page tests.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance‑led ad concepts.
• Research competitors, audiences, trends and emerging digital opportunities.
• Use AI and automation tools for research, analysis, reporting and workflow automation.
• Maintain campaign trackers, dashboards and performance reports.

Required profile

• Understanding of paid advertising and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and performance data.
• Curiosity about what makes campaigns succeed or fail.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools in everyday marketing work.
