Digital Sales Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Digital Sales Manager to join our agency sales team. You will help leading brands deliver impactful, multi‑platform advertising solutions while building long‑term relationships with key media agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with media agencies.
• Drive revenue by selling integrated advertising solutions across digital, audio, video and premium content environments.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing agency partnerships.
• Deliver compelling presentations and consultative pitches to achieve client marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal planning, strategy and campaign teams to ensure best‑in‑class outcomes.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue and contribute to the wider commercial strategy.
• Focus on the Publicis agency patch.

Required profile

• Experience selling across Publicis agencies (bonus, not essential).
• Previous experience in media sales, digital advertising or agency partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the UK media landscape with established agency relationships.
• Proven ability to generate new business and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Commercially minded with excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and passionate about innovative advertising solutions.
