Digital Sales Representative BeNeLux

About the role

SailPoint is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the BeNeLux region, working from the London or Madrid hub. The role drives sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building and strategic sales tactics, using the SailPoint sales model to deliver a positive customer experience and maximise revenue in target accounts. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a team of field sales colleagues (Outside Account Executives, SEs, channel partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones.
• Use digital sales techniques, with strong communication, organisation and persuasion skills.
• Onboard through the Getting Started checklist, including pre/post revenue onboarding courses, HR sessions, Access Identity University and the Challenger Sales training.
• Learn the SailPoint pitch, shadow discovery calls and walk the manager through prospecting with LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget and ZoomInfo.
• Sequence prospects, manage leads within SLAs and convert them to opportunities in Salesforce.
• Over time: book a discovery call, make 10 outreach calls, close a deal with AE support, then close deals independently and meet annual funnel and pipeline targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent Dutch / Flemish speaker.
• Hybrid availability from the London or Madrid hub.

What we offer

• Base salary of GBP 34,160 to 51,717.40, with a variable of GBP 21,780 to 24,000.
