Digital Sales Representative - Turkish Speaker

About the role

SailPoint is looking for a Digital Sales Representative fluent in Turkish and English, based in its London office. The role drives sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building and strategic sales tactics, using the SailPoint sales model to deliver a positive customer experience and maximise revenue in target accounts. You will work alongside a team of field sales colleagues such as Outside Account Executives, SEs and channel partners to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound inquiries, identify qualified leads and opportunities, and manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts
• Use digital tools in the tech stack to prospect, sequence prospects (outbound and inbound) and convert leads to opportunities in Salesforce
• Shadow discovery calls, refine the SailPoint pitch and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Work toward funnel and pipeline targets, close deals with support from an Account Executive, and eventually close deals independently

Required profile

• 2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in technology
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Effective communication, listening and persuasion skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence
• Ambitious self-starter able to process inbound inquiries and identify qualified opportunities
