Digital Training Officer – System Implementation

About the role

The Digital Training Officer will support the University’s CLEAR project, a strategic initiative to re‑platform the finance system to Unit4 and migrate core services to the cloud. Working with the HR Lead for Strategic Change & Projects, you will ensure staff and students are fully prepared for the system go‑live in February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support the production, coordination and delivery of training for the finance ERP implementation.
• Translate functional requirements into clear, accessible learning resources.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement subject‑matter experts to design online and on‑demand training packages.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Schedule training events, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience scripting, recording and editing training packages using tools such as Clipchamp or CapCut.
• Track record coordinating and implementing training for a new system across a large, diverse organisation.
• Experience delivering ERP‑related training to upskill varied stakeholder groups.
