About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Transformation Sales Consultant to help UK organisations modernise their operations through innovative digital solutions. You will work closely with senior leaders, shaping strategic conversations and delivering value‑adding technology proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across mid‑market and enterprise clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Lead discovery sessions to assess client challenges and digital maturity.
• Design and present transformation solutions covering automation, cloud, AI, analytics, and customer experience.
• Build long‑term trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope and tailor proposals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales success, preferably in digital transformation, SaaS, technology or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the value of digital tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confidence engaging with C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Consultative mindset, problem‑solving passion and self‑driven attitude.
