Digital Wing Integrator

About the role

The Digital Wing Integrator will lead the digital transformation of our wing engineering activities. Working at the intersection of aerospace structures and automation, you will create and deploy automated workflows that support stress analysis, design optimisation and the overall performance of future aircraft wings.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated workflows for wing structural analysis and design processes.
• Collaborate with wing engineers to translate engineering requirements into digital tools and processes.
• Optimise existing wing‑structure tools and introduce new automation solutions to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability across all digital workflows.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the digital strategy of the aerospace division.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in structural analysis of aircraft components.
• Strong interest in automation, digital process improvement and research.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willingness to undergo BPSS and export control checks.
