Dior Ambassador – Beauty Consultant

About the role

As a Dior Ambassador you will be the face of the House, delivering an unforgettable luxury beauty experience to clients both in‑store and remotely. You will embody Dior’s values, promote the brand’s product range, and contribute to achieving sales targets while fostering lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized selling activities, acting as a personal shopper for Dior beauty products.
• Identify client needs, propose tailored product solutions, and cross‑sell complementary items.
• Educate clients about Dior’s heritage, product benefits, and the D.I.O.R. method.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall store KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and perform clienteling activities.
• Utilise Dior Connect and IPOS tools to drive traffic, loyalty and sales.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper merchandising, and report shortages.
• Handle cash register operations and close daily revenues where applicable.
• Uphold Dior grooming standards and adhere to corporate attendance policies.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury beauty and a strong desire to represent the Dior brand.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales objectives.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑standard service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dior Connect platform.
• Experience using IPOS point‑of‑sale systems.
• Familiarity with CRM and clienteling tools.
