About the role

Are you a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner seeking a genuinely flexible, part‑time position where you can make a real impact? Our client, an ambitious wealth‑management practice in Aylesbury, is expanding and needs an experienced Paraplanner to support its next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters for clients.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and protection.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑meeting administrative support to Financial Advisers.
• Liaise with providers and clients as required.
• Assist with case management and use Intelligent Office (iO) for workflow efficiency.
• Develop report templates, workflows and operational processes.
• Support the continued growth of the paraplanning function.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an Independent Financial Adviser or Wealth Management practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent report writing and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (iO) – experience using the platform.
