Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

This position is for a Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager within a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed technology company. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and the wider finance team to strengthen tax processes, governance and support international tax matters across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Own corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with external advisors and local finance teams.
• Oversee tax reporting and ensure timely, accurate filing of all obligations.
• Maintain a calendar of global tax deadlines and monitor changes in international tax legislation.
• Manage the group’s transfer pricing policy, documentation (Local Files, Master File) and governance.
• Coordinate benchmarking exercises and work with external specialists on transfer pricing methodologies.
• Support strategic projects such as business expansion, restructurings and new market entry.
• Analyse international tax developments, including OECD initiatives, Pillar Two and country‑by‑country reporting.
• Help develop robust tax controls, processes and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in international corporate tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of direct tax and transfer pricing.
• Familiarity with BEPS, Pillar Two and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Relevant professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ATT, CPA or equivalent).
