Direct To Consumer Partner Support – Thames Valley/Chilterns

About the role

Join Nestlé Professional’s D2C Coffee Operations team to support coffee solutions across the Thames Valley and Chilterns. You will work directly with customer locations, ensuring machines run smoothly, stock is accurate and brand standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high uptime for NP D2C coffee machines, minimizing downtime.
• Perform accurate stock counts at customer sites, analyse variances and trigger corrective actions.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards, act on audit findings and close execution gaps.
• Coach customers on proper cleaning routines and intervene on repeat non‑compliance.
• Report field activity through Project MORE systems and use data to identify performance trends.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support performance delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in sales support or operations.
• Strong organisational ability, self‑motivation and a positive attitude.
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives and managing senior stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Thames Valley/Chilterns area.
