Director, Aladdin Transformation

About the role

The firm is seeking an experienced Director to lead Aladdin‑focused transformation programmes within its Asset and Wealth Management practice in London. You will work directly with senior C‑suite clients to shape and deliver strategic change across front‑to‑back investment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale Aladdin implementation projects covering the full product suite, including Enterprise, Accounting, Whole Portfolio View, ADC and E Front.
• Drive end‑to‑end operational transformation programmes, overseeing delivery, client engagement and commercial leadership.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, COOs and Transformation Leads.
• Contribute to business development, revenue growth and practice expansion within the Asset and Wealth Management sector.
• Collaborate with Aladdin vendors, implementation partners and internal teams across in‑house, provider and outsourced delivery models.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience in Financial Services, preferably within Asset or Wealth Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale Aladdin implementations as the overall programme lead.
• Deep understanding of the Asset Management operating model across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Strong network and credibility within the Aladdin ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior client leaders.
