Director B2B Finance

About the role

Preply is looking for a Director B2B Finance to own the financial and operational performance of its B2B business. You will build the systems, metrics and governance needed for high‑velocity, compliant growth across finance, sales, product and legal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the B2B forecast model covering pipeline‑to‑revenue conversion, bookings, margin and cash.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design and incentive alignment, and run the deal desk with financial and legal governance.
• Automate FP&A processes using AI‑powered tools, predictive variance analysis and scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Integrate Salesforce, ERP and analytics platforms into a single source of truth for B2B reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or business operations within B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Deep knowledge of B2B GTM metrics such as CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity and gross margin.
• Proven experience building financial infrastructure across GTM, legal, product and treasury functions.
• AI‑native mindset: routinely use AI tools to accelerate analysis, model building and reporting.
