Director, IT Transformation (Digital Advisory)

About the role

Interpath Advisory is building a dedicated Digital Transformation practice. As Director of IT Transformation you will shape the offering alongside the Managing Director and lead high‑impact engagements for regulated and non‑regulated clients across multiple sectors and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and expand the Digital Transformation practice, supporting the Managing Director in business development.
• Lead and deliver complex, multi‑industry digital transformation programmes, ensuring they meet timeline, budget and quality targets.
• Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Oversee strategic planning, business case development, operating model design, enterprise architecture, and technology due diligence.
• Manage technology carve‑outs, integrations, data migrations, cybersecurity, IT risk and governance initiatives.
• Drive RFP development, vendor selection, procurement and supplier management.
• Facilitate steering committees, executive workshops and Board‑level presentations.
• Mentor, coach and develop high‑performing teams while contributing to thought leadership and practice growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital or IT transformation advisory, preferably within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, multidisciplinary technology programmes.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants.
