Director of Expanded Access Program Operations

About the role

MyTomorrows is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end operational delivery of its Expanded Access Program (EAP) portfolio worldwide. The role combines operational excellence with commercial acumen to ensure patients receive timely access to investigational therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage a scalable, compliant operating model for EAP Program and Site Management.
• Translate strategic forecasts into capacity planning, organisational design and hiring priorities.
• Build resilient coverage and escalation models to eliminate single points of failure.
• Lead the EAP Program Management team to deliver consistent execution across clients and geographies.
• Lead the EAP Site Management team to ensure strong site engagement, balanced workloads and high‑quality service.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and drive commercially sound decisions that support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Strong patient‑first orientation combined with commercial decision‑making ability.
• Ability to operate across multiple regions (Netherlands, United Kingdom, Canada, USA) and time zones (EST/CST for North America).
