Director of Operations Change – Client Projects

About the role
As a senior leader in the Investor Services Operations Client Change team, the Director will drive operational delivery and readiness for client projects, including large‑scale deal implementations. The role leads a team of Operations Change professionals and works closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Technology and Product to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a portfolio of client projects and large deals, ensuring timely, high‑quality execution.
- Lead Operations Change project teams, both directly and through stakeholder networks.
- Manage resourcing, capacity, team structure and budget to meet financial and strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of client project processes, implementing global standards and strategic enhancements.
- Proactively manage operational and project risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, participate in due diligence and foster strong partnerships.
Required profile
- Senior experience in project or change delivery within Investor or Securities Services, with a track record of managing large client deals and strategic programmes.
- Extensive experience as a people leader, developing and managing teams.
- Deep knowledge of Investor/Securities Services operations or related business/product areas.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and transformation.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, standardisation and organisational design.
