Director, Partnerships

About the role

Mobvista is seeking a Director of Partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand its client network. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospect identification to contract closure, while representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets based on the sales plan.
• Identify, negotiate, and develop high‑impact client relationships to support business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective information flow to meet business objectives.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from account identification to closing deals.
• Support inbound lead communication and help refine the lead qualification process.
• Manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance and resolve sales‑related issues.
• Conduct industry research for competitive benchmarking and market opportunity identification.
• Represent Mobvista at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in mobile or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts.
• Self‑organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Data‑driven mindset with analytical skills for proposals and negotiations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a start‑up setting.
• Willingness to travel 10‑30% of the time.
