Director Private Banker – UHNW UK Market

About the role

Citi Private Bank is seeking a Director‑level Private Banker to serve Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in the United Kingdom. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering bespoke investment, risk‑management and financing solutions to clients with net worth of USD 25 million or more.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with UHNW individuals and families, understanding their businesses and sources of wealth.
• Develop tailored investment, risk‑management and liquidity solutions that meet each client’s unique objectives.
• Set ambitious business development targets, monitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve results.
• Collaborate with internal partners across the Private Bank to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members, helping them acquire the expertise needed to serve clients effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UHNW private banking within the UK market.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring new client relationships and growing a book of business.
• Strong business development mindset with a history of closing transactions and selling new products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
