Director, Product Development

About the role

Mastercard Foundry is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead the on‑site management of its Mastercard Experience Centres (MECs). You will be the primary ambassador for the regional MEC, ensuring a consistent, high‑impact customer journey across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end visitor experience and operations of the MEC.
• Develop and present content on digital payments, emerging technologies, cyber security, data technologies and next‑gen experiences.
• Collaborate with Foundry teams, regional innovation leads, product, R&D, communications, marketing and account teams to prioritize product demos and technical requirements.
• Host diverse stakeholder groups, manage content workstreams and facilitate design‑thinking workshops.
• Maintain global consistency of the MEC experience across all locations.

Required profile

• Comfortable presenting to audiences of varying seniority.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strategic thinker with experience in business development activities.
• Experience managing and facilitating content workstreams.
• Skilled in leading design‑thinking workshops.
