About the role

We are looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our growing team in Bridgwater. Whether you have just qualified or already have experience, you will help customers receive the perfect pair of spectacles while delivering exceptional care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dispensing services, including frame fitting and lens ordering.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and advice on eye‑care products.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with GOC regulations.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered Dispensing Optician.
• Shares the store’s ethos of caring, ambition and continuous development.
• Willing to grow professionally and deliver outstanding customer care.
