Dispensing Optician Manager (Ealing)

About the role

As a Dispensing Optician Manager you will lead the clinical side of our Ealing store, delivering high‑quality eye‑care while creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for customers and the team. You will combine hands‑on dispensing work with leadership responsibilities to drive the practice forward.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate dispensing services, fitting and adjusting spectacles for patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Support and develop the optical team, sharing best clinical practices.
• Ensure compliance with GOC and ABDO standards, including fee payments.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while prioritising patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and CPD activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Dispensing Optician, fully registered with the General Optical Council.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the role.
• Team‑oriented and able to build rapport with colleagues.

Required skills

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered)
