Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Corporate Litigation Lawyer

About the role

Join a dynamic Dispute Resolution department in Kingsbridge, offering hybrid working and a supportive environment. The role focuses on handling a varied caseload of commercial, property, trust, probate and construction disputes, with opportunities to specialise and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Work under the Director and Head of Dispute Resolution, collaborating with senior team members.
• Manage a diverse range of disputes, including commercial litigation, property matters, contentious trusts, probate and construction issues.
• Develop expertise in specific practice areas as the department evolves.
• Operate primarily from the Kingsbridge office while benefiting from flexible remote work options.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent paralegal experience).
• Extensive knowledge of litigation in County Courts and/or the High Court.
• Proven experience in commercial landlord‑tenant, easements, residential possession, trusts, probate and construction disputes.
• Strong client‑relationship and networking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department.
