About the role

This is a full‑time partnership‑track position for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor in Chelmsford. The firm offers a flexible, hybrid working model and a market‑leading bonus package, aiming to reward high‑performing lawyers who can drive commercial litigation work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a long‑standing client base.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex disputes and deliver results.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.
• Interest in progressing to partnership and contributing to firm strategy.
