Diversity & Inclusion & Employment Marketing Placement (12.5 months)

About the role

This 12.5‑month placement combines work with the Inclusion & Diversity team and the Employment Marketing team at Airbus, giving you hands‑on experience in both HR and brand promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to inclusion projects that increase the number, spread, seniority and engagement of under‑represented groups.
• Develop employee engagement programmes and support cross‑division sponsorship.
• Assist in organising university career fairs, both online and offline, and manage event logistics.
• Support recruitment advertising campaigns across digital and out‑of‑home media, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Help create and maintain employer‑branding content for social media, the careers website and other channels.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree relevant to marketing, business, HR, psychology, sociology, public affairs, communications or politics.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as TikTok is desirable.
