Document Production Specialist – Evening Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

Owen Reed is recruiting Document Production Specialists for a leading law firm in London. The role involves producing, amending and formatting a wide range of legal documents while maintaining high accuracy and client service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, amend and format complex legal documents, correspondence and reports.
• Proofread and quality‑check work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create, amend and manage electronic bundles and bibles.
• Prioritise workloads and meet demanding deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with fee earners to deliver responsive document support.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all output.
• Support continuous improvement of the Document Production Centre.

Required profile

• Previous experience in legal document production, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience formatting complex legal documents using advanced Word features.
• Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure.
