Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk – Tooting, London

About the role

We are seeking a Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk to join our growing team in Tooting, London. The role is field‑based and focuses on delivering high‑quality property inventories and, where qualified, Energy Performance Certificates for residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out property inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs and inspections.
• Produce accurate, detailed and professional reports using company systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, letting agents and homeowners.
• Manage daily schedule and travel between appointments.
• Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted within required timescales.
• Complete EPC assessments where you hold a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using mobile devices and digital reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience in inventory clerking, property management, lettings, inspections or related compliance roles.
