Doorperson – Luxury Residential Concierge

About the role

Join a landmark West End address and become the first friendly face for residents and guests. You will work in a five‑star residential setting with 24‑hour concierge services and premium amenities such as a pool, spa, gym, sauna, cinema and residents’ lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the main entrance and lobby, opening doors and assisting with access while maintaining security.
• Welcome residents and visitors, offering directions, handling bags, taxis and umbrellas.
• Coordinate deliveries, log items and notify residents in line with site procedures.
• Keep the lobby and frontage tidy, presentable and free of hazards.
• Monitor the entrance for safety or maintenance concerns and report them promptly.
• Liaise with the concierge, security and contractors to ensure smooth handovers and continuous service.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating strong first impressions.
• Calm, courteous and professional demeanor, even during busy periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice small issues.
• Clear, respectful communication with residents, guests and colleagues.
• Punctual, reliable and able to thrive in a standards‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Front‑of‑house experience in luxury residential, hotel or customer‑facing environments.
• Ability to handle deliveries and key/access management procedures.
