Drainage Engineer

About the role

RSM Drain Solutions is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join its rapidly growing team. The role involves delivering core drainage services nationwide and supporting the division in expanding service offerings while upholding high standards of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver RSM’s core preventative maintenance (PPM) services to private and public sector clients.
• Collaborate with the drainage division and company directors to identify new service opportunities and increase business deliverables.
• Maintain and develop high service‑delivery standards across a large number of sites.
• Work independently or as part of a team across the UK, covering multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of drainage and containment systems.
• Experience using CCTV survey equipment and electronic design tools.
• Proven ability in drain repair and remedial works.
• Willingness to work on diverse sites and adapt to varied client needs.
• Experience with vac‑tankers; water‑jetting and confined‑space certifications are advantageous.

• Salary £28,000 – £36,000 per year plus overtime.
