DS Concierge

About the role

The DS Concierge role supports Stellantis &You customers by gathering market insights, answering enquiries and delivering accurate quotations. Full product training is provided, so you can confidently represent a range of automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer and market data to identify needs and trends.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve objections.
• Prepare precise quotations and cost calculations for vehicle purchases and services.
• Promote additional offerings such as financing, insurance and after‑sales services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Stellantis product ranges through the Performance Academy.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to learn automotive products; prior automotive experience is not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
