DS Concierge

About the role

The DS Concierge role supports Stellantis &You customers in the Birmingham North region, providing expert advice and tailored solutions across our automotive portfolio. You will receive full product training and a bespoke induction, enabling you to deliver high‑quality service regardless of prior automotive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer and market data to identify needs and opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, handling objections and providing clear resolutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost calculations for products and services.
• Promote supplementary services, including financing options and after‑sales packages.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and quickly master automotive product knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
