Dual CQC Registered Manager – Birmingham & Coventry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dual CQC Registered Manager to lead two specialist supported‑living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and forensic histories. The role is based in Birmingham with regular travel to Coventry, offering the chance to shape high‑quality, person‑centred care across both sites.

Key responsibilities

• Hold and maintain CQC registration for two services, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Lead, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and responsive support.
• Drive occupancy, service performance and continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee safeguarding investigations, risk management and staff recruitment, supervision and appraisal.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, families and external stakeholders.
• Prepare for and lead CQC inspections and local authority audits.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
• Proven track record managing services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and experience with complex or forensic cases.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple services or large teams.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Birmingham and Coventry.
