About the role
The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and that guests enjoy a seamless experience. This role is pivotal in fostering a motivated team and driving revenue through proactive upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of the hotel and maintain set standards at all times.
- Create an environment that promotes employee motivation and pride in their work.
- Maximise sales opportunities by positively promoting the hotel and encouraging staff to upsell.
- Manage departmental budgets, control stock, and optimise operational costs.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar hospitality position.
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest service.
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a growing team.
