Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer

About the role

The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer will design, build and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, IT teams and fellow developers, you will ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of CRM projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Power Platform capabilities, including Business Process Flows, plugins, workflows and cloud flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems, including third‑party APIs.
• Support user acceptance testing and deploy solutions using repeatable CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance for existing CRM solutions.
• Monitor health of Dynamics environments and produce analytics.
• Maintain knowledge of wave releases and advise stakeholders on upcoming changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans and user guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience with Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Insights).
• Hands‑on experience integrating Power Platform with third‑party API services.
