About the role
Join Superdrug as an E‑Store Sales Assistant, working 18 hours a week with the chance to increase your hours. You will support both online and in‑store customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and the shop floor runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision.
- Maintain high standards of customer service on the shop floor, including restocking shelves and assisting shoppers.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to change.
- Willingness to learn and perform piercing services (training provided).
