E-Store Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Superdrug as an E‑Store Sales Assistant, working 18 hours a week with the chance to increase your hours. You will support both online and in‑store customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and the shop floor runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision.
• Maintain high standards of customer service on the shop floor, including restocking shelves and assisting shoppers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Passion for retail and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to change.
• Willingness to learn and perform piercing services (training provided).
