Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Primary Schools in High Wycombe

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join primary schools in High Wycombe and surrounding villages from September 2026. The role covers Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes, offering a chance to shape young learners in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and clear communication.
• Inspire and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.
