About the role

The Lancashire Teaching Agency, working with Lancashire County Council, is offering Early Career Teachers (ECTs) a pool of teaching opportunities across schools in the Lancaster area. This role provides supply cover, fixed‑term and permanent positions while supporting your professional development.

Key responsibilities

Deliver teaching and learning support in Lancashire schools as required.
Participate in a structured Continuous Professional Development programme.
Collaborate with a personal consultant to plan career progression.
Undertake necessary safeguarding duties, including a DBS check.

Required profile

Early Career Teacher nearing the end of teacher training.
Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
Willingness to work in various school settings on a supply or fixed‑term basis.
